1. Acceptance

By accessing TrimSoMo (the “Service”), operated by xcircl LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not medical advice

TrimSoMo is an informational directory, not a medical provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service. Content is not medical advice and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or switching any GLP-1 medication. See our editorial policy & disclaimers.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the Service except as expressly permitted (see our /llms.txt for citation terms).
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation with a clinic when claiming a listing.
• Do not use the Service to harass clinics or submit false correction requests.
• Do not interfere with the Service's operation or security.

4. Third-party-sourced data — no warranty

Many facts are aggregated from third-party and public sources (Google Maps, CMS NPPES, LegitScript, the FDA, state boards) or self-reported by clinics. Each fact is published as an attributed claim with its source and date. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of third-party-sourced or attributed fields, and such fields are provided “as is.” Attributed signals (e.g. the Google rating) belong to their respective sources. Report errors via data corrections (48-hour review).

5. Free directory and clinic tools

TrimSoMo directory access, listing claims, corrections, and clinic-management tools are currently free. TrimSoMo does not sell placement, rankings, scores, or verification outcomes. Institutional API or dataset access is a separate xcircl product governed by xcircl's own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xcircl LLC and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or reliance on) the Service or any third-party-sourced data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to US $100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xcircl LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Affiliate links & advertising

Our editorial content — blog posts, cost guides, and comparison pages — may contain affiliate links. If you buy through one, TrimSoMo may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly labeled where they appear, and each affected page carries a disclosure.

Our facts layer never does. Clinic listings, the directory and city pages, verification signals (Trust Score, Verification Score, Risk Flags, and badges), and any data we publish or export are editorially independent and carry no affiliate or commission relationship. TrimSoMo does not sell paid clinic placement, ranking, scores, or verification outcomes.
