Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing TrimSoMo (the “Service”), operated by xcircl LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not medical advice

TrimSoMo is an informational directory, not a medical provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service. Content is not medical advice and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or switching any GLP-1 medication. See our editorial policy & disclaimers.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the Service except as expressly permitted (see our /llms.txt for citation terms).
  • Do not misrepresent your affiliation with a clinic when claiming a listing.
  • Do not use the Service to harass clinics or submit false correction requests.
  • Do not interfere with the Service's operation or security.

4. Third-party-sourced data — no warranty

Many facts are aggregated from third-party and public sources (Google Maps, CMS NPPES, LegitScript, the FDA, state boards) or self-reported by clinics. Each fact is published as an attributed claim with its source and date. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of third-party-sourced or attributed fields, and such fields are provided “as is.” Attributed signals (e.g. the Google rating) belong to their respective sources. Report errors via data corrections (48-hour review).

5. Data-subscriber terms

If you receive a data export or dataset from TrimSoMo / xcircl, additional terms apply:

  • The dataset contains only de-identified, resale-eligible business facts. It contains no patient data and no visitor PII.
  • No resale of raw data. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the raw dataset, in whole or in substantial part, without a separate written agreement. You may use it internally and surface derived results.
  • You must preserve source attributions and may not present attributed third-party fields (e.g. Google ratings) as your own.
  • Regulatory/compliance fields are attributed factual claims as of their verified date; you must not represent them as a current guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xcircl LLC and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or reliance on) the Service or any third-party-sourced data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or US $100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xcircl LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
