Who we are

TrimSoMo is an informational directory of GLP-1 weight-loss clinics operated by xcircl LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect from visitors, what business data we publish, and your rights.

We hold no patient or health (PHI) data

We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service and are not a HIPAA-covered entity. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information, prescriptions, diagnoses, or treatment records. The data we publish is supply-side business information about clinics — not information about patients.

Visitor data we collect

• Analytics — aggregate usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) via Google Analytics 4, to improve the site. See “Cookies & analytics” below for how we run it.
• Lead / contact forms — if you ask a clinic to contact you, or submit a correction or claim, we collect the name and contact details you provide in order to route your request.
• Clinic accounts — for clinics that claim a listing, we store the account email and authentication data needed to manage the listing, plus billing identifiers handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

Cookies & analytics

• Essential cookies — first-party session/authentication cookies required for clinic login. These are always on because the site can't function without them.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We run GA4 with Google Consent Mode set to denied by default — no analytics or advertising cookies are set on your browser unless and until you grant consent. Until then, analytics runs in cookieless mode (aggregate measurement only). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can also control or block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

Business data we publish & its sources

Listings are built from public and provider-supplied sources, each carrying its provenance (source + verified date) per our facts & methodology:

• Google Maps business listings (name, address, rating — attributed to Google)
• CMS NPPES registry (physician NPI — public record)
• LegitScript certification status
• FDA Warning Letters database
• State medical & pharmacy licensing boards (public records)
• Clinics' own public pricing pages and provider-reported submissions

How we use & share data

We use visitor data to operate the site, route your requests to clinics, and prevent abuse. We use service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payments) under contract. We do not sell visitor or patient data. Our institutional data product contains only de-identified, resale-eligible business facts about clinics (never visitor or patient data, never contact PII) — see xcircl.com/data.

Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about them, and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@trimsomo.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Clinics: correct or remove your data

If you represent a clinic and want to correct or remove business information, use our data corrections channel — reviewed within 48 hours.
