TrimSoMo publishes supply-side facts about GLP-1 clinics. If anything on a listing is wrong or out of date, anyone — a clinic, a patient, or a regulator — can ask us to review it. We respond to every correction request within 48 hours.

How our review works
- You send the listing, the field, and your evidence (links to a license, certification, FDA record, or your own pricing page).
- We acknowledge and review within 48 hours.
- If the claim is supported, we update the field and its source and verified date — and, where relevant, mark it provider-reported.
- If we can't verify a change, we tell you what evidence we'd need.
How we present compliance status
Compliance signals (LegitScript, NPI, FDA warning screen, state licensing) are always published as attributed factual claims — shown with the named source and the date we last checked them — never as TrimSoMo's own editorial judgement of a clinic. A clean regulatory screen is reported as a screen we performed, not an endorsement. Unverified fields are labelled unverified. This is how we keep the directory accurate and fair to clinics. For clinics
The fastest way to keep your listing accurate is to claim it — claimed clinics can submit NPI and license info for verification and self-report pricing, hours, and services directly. Claim questions: claims@trimsomo.com.
