What TrimSoMo is

TrimSoMo is an independent informational directory for GLP-1 weight-loss clinics in the United States, operated by xcircl LLC. We aggregate public records — clinic locations, regulatory status, manufacturer pricing, insurance acceptance — into a single comparison surface. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, telehealth service, or clinic. We do not prescribe, dispense, or sell any medication.

What we publish

• Clinic listings — name, address, contact info, services offered, and a 0–100 Trust Score derived from public verification signals.
• Cost guides — manufacturer list prices, telehealth ranges, and compounded alternatives where legally available, with the data's source and date.
• Brand comparisons — side-by-side facts on Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and similar medications, sourced from FDA labels and manufacturer trial publications.
• Informational guides — articles on how the prescription process works, BMI eligibility, side effects, regulatory changes. These describe the landscape; they are not a substitute for a clinician's judgement.

Where our data comes from

Every fact on the site traces back to one of these public sources. We do not invent statistics, and we do not paraphrase medical claims from non-authoritative sources.

• Clinic data — Google Maps Places API, the U.S. CMS NPI Registry (provider verification), and LegitScript's public certification directory.
• Pricing — manufacturer direct-to-consumer pricing pages, published telehealth platform rates, and prices clinics publish on their own websites.
• Regulatory status — FDA Warning Letter database, FDA drug shortage list, and FDA-issued guidance documents.
• Clinical figures — FDA-approved drug labels and the peer-reviewed trial publications they reference (e.g., STEP, SURMOUNT).

How we write and update content

Articles are researched and written by the TrimSoMo Editorial team and reviewed against the source documents above before publishing. Pages display their last update date and we re-check pricing/regulatory pages on a rolling basis as new FDA guidance or manufacturer pricing changes are announced. When sources disagree, we cite the more authoritative one (FDA > manufacturer > clinic self-report) and surface the conflict.

We do not currently have a clinical reviewer on staff. Until we do, we restrict ourselves to reporting what authoritative sources say — we do not extrapolate new medical claims, dosages, or recommendations beyond what is already in FDA labels or peer-reviewed publications.

What we do not do

• We do not give medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment.
• We do not endorse specific clinics. Trust Score is a deterministic calculation from public verification signals; it is not an editorial preference.
• We do not accept payment from clinics in exchange for higher placement or a higher Trust Score. Listings are ordered by score and recency, not by subscription tier.
• We do not sell, dispense, or ship medication. Any purchase, prescription, or medical decision happens through a licensed provider, not TrimSoMo.

Affiliate & commercial disclosure

Some outbound links to clinics use affiliate or referral tracking (marked with rel="nofollow sponsored"). Whether a clinic participates in this program does not change its Trust Score, position in directory listings, or what we say about it editorially. Clinics can also claim their listing to manage pricing and respond to reviews; this is a free product feature and is independent of editorial coverage.

Corrections & reporting errors

If you spot incorrect pricing, a wrong address, an outdated regulatory status, or any other error, email support@trimsomo.com with the page URL and what is wrong. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to fix or update the page within five.

Medical disclaimer

Information on TrimSoMo is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or switching any GLP-1 medication. Availability and legality of compounded GLP-1 medications are changing under evolving FDA rules (2025–2026).
